Korean BBQ – take 3

Tonight was my third attempt at making Korean BBQ.  The first time was a tremendous hit, and the second effort was a failure. What I think I have figured out is that I marinated the steak too long the second time.  I have revised my recipe accordingly. Also, this time I did not have scallions/green onions, and I substituted 1/2 of a sweet onion.  My Korean BBQ again made the hit parade.  If anyone else has made this on an Egg, let me know how you did it and how it turned out.

Thanksgiving is almost here.  If you have an Egg and you do not smoke a turkey, you will be missing out.
